The blending of one color hue to another, usually moving tints from light to dark.
Today we are crushing on some beautiful Ombre florals a client asked us to create.
It seems like we are Ombreing everything these days! What began as a hair color trend has translated to clothing, nail color, you name it.
Ombre is everywhere. It’s even on the cover of Martha Stewart Living’s September 2021 issue!
However, this is the first time we’ve had a client mention Ombre for flowers. Think about it. ANYTHING can be ombred. Imagine a long Kings table set with beautiful ombre chargers, matched with water goblets and flowers , all at the same moment changing color.
We think this is a fantastic idea. We would even like to take it one step further. Instead of moving from colors such as orange, pink, yellow, blue; what if we married the gorgeous earthy and natural looks we have been seeing on our tables such as Pampas Grasses and nude florals and Ombre?
We think it would be a stunning evolution of two concepts coming together in perfect harmony. Think white to cream to nude to tan to brown.
We invite you to contact us about your wedding, event or gathering leading the way on floral design evolution.
